ValueBridge Capital advises founders on their first institutional fundraise from leading institutional investors
We are unique in that we focus only on the Pre-Series A and Series A fund raise from $3 Mn to $15 Mn. We don’t do later stage rounds. It is done by our group firm Merisis Asvisors.

ValueBridge Capital successfully advised Moonshine Meadery on its first institutional fundraise from leading investors.
Our Parentage
Merisis Advisors, the parent organisation, helps companies raise raise growth capital, plan for listings and exits, as well as manages the wealth being created for the ecosystem.
ValueBridge Capital leveraged its parentage to bring in a strategic investor - TVS Motors to DriveX.
The Need
We support founders on their journey. Founded in 2020, Valuebridge addresses the gap in securing the first institutional raise.

Our name signifies bridging this gap while maintaining a distinct identity. Early-stage funding is critical, but connecting with over 100 lesser-known funds and family offices remains a challenge for founders..
ValueBridge Capital successfully advised BluSapphire's first institutional cheque, joined by Merisis Opportunities Fund. We continue to support BluSapphire, leveraging group synergies.
Domain Expertise
Valuebridge gains immensely from its parentage. While it is sector agnostic, it leverages Merisis' deep domain understanding of Financial Services, Consumer, Enterprise, Transportation and Cleantech for its vertical understanding – and punches above it weight in helping its clients in crafting their pitch.
ValueBridge Capital advised Oliveboard on its fundraise using its group domain expertise in the consumer & edutech sectors
Deep connects with the relevant Fund ecosystem
Valuebridge focuses exclusively on the Pre-Series A and Series A funds – building relationships with them and is able to guide the founder on which funds to focus on.
ValueBridge Capital advised insurtech startup Riskcovry on its fundraise from leading global investors using our deep fund relationships.
Our Business Model
Valuebridge is not a cookie cutter mini version of other investment advisory firms including Merisis. We work differently – for instance we invest in every company that we work with and we do it at the same terms at which we raise the round – giving the incoming investors comfort when considering a deal we showcase.
The bar for us to take up a deal is high - we will only take it up if we are willing to put our skin in the game. For us the reasoning is quite simple – this is an extension of our philosophy of working with our founders through their journey - being part of the cap table. We are therefore selective in who we work with.

How We Help Our Founders
We love thinking in frameworks and systems. Our approach to assisting our clients make the best decision is called the “3C Framework”
Consult
We evaluate over 150 variables that score founders, investors, industry, business models, technologies & competition and identify a path to fund raising for the startup.
Connect
We only take on clients we would ourselves invest in – in all successful fund raises, we commit ourselves to investing a large portion of our fee into the company.
Closure
We prioritize time-to-market and closure. All our processes have been built to achieve these metrics and provide full visibility to the founding team on the status of the fundraise.

Our Approach

Valuebridge navigates the complexities for founders through our structured approach

Weeks 1 & 2:
Evaluate the business, conduct research, gather feedback from select investors, and compile a list of potential investors.

Weeks 3 to 5
Refine the outreach strategy, prepare pitch materials, and segment investors for targeted outreach.

Weeks 6 to 9
Reach out to 100+ investors, follow up regularly, and schedule meetings with interested parties.

Our Team
Our execution is helmed by an able leadership team with around 5 decades of investment banking and entrepreneurship experience between them.
